1) Right of withdrawal (14 days – EU)

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to provide a reason.

You will need to return the items within 14 days of our response.

Terms :

• 
  New, unused items, complete and in their original packaging .
  
• 
  Sealed hygiene/beauty products: return refused if the seal is broken .
  
• 
  Personalized items: non-returnable (except for defects).
  

Costs: In case of cancellation, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2) Defective or non-compliant product

If your item is faulty, damaged or does not match the order, write to us within 48 hours of receipt at [email SAV] with photos/videos .

We offer a choice of: exchange , credit note or refund , and provide a prepaid return label if the error is ours.

3) Return procedure (step by step)

   Keep the proof of shipment (tracking number).

   Upon receipt and quality control (3 to 5 working days), we will proceed with the exchange or refund .
   

4) Reimbursements

  Processing within 5 to 10 working days after validation of the return.

  Refund via the original payment method .
  
• 
  The initial delivery charges are not refundable (except in the case of an error on our part).
  

5) Excluded or partially refunded items

• 
  Hygiene/beauty products that have been opened or tested.
  
• 
  Gift cards, digital downloads already provided.
  
• 
  Sale items: refunded at the price paid .
  
• 
  Late or incomplete returns: refusal or partial credit .
  

6) Unclaimed orders / incorrect address

Parcels returned due to insufficient address , non-claim or refusal of parcel can be reshipped (at the customer's expense) or refunded excluding delivery costs .

7) Digital products (if applicable)

For digital content (ebooks, presets, downloadable files), you expressly waive your right of withdrawal upon download/access . No refund will be issued after access to the content, except in the case of a proven technical fault.

We want your products to last a long time and stay in perfect condition. Follow these simple tips for each category.

General rules

• 
  Store away from heat , humidity and direct light .
  
• 
  Keep out of reach of children and animals .

  Clean after use and allow to dry completely before storing.

  Do not use harsh solvents (acetone, bleach).
  

Electric beauty devices (cleansing brush, foot file, facial sauna, etc.)

  Before each cleaning : turn off and unplug the device.
  
• 
  Clean the surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a little neutral soap.
  
• 
  Removable heads/tips : wash in warm soapy water, rinse, air dry .
  
• 
  Never immerse the body of the device in water.
  
• 
  Battery : recharge between 20–80% , avoid leaving it plugged in continuously.
  
• 
  Replace the heads/rollers according to wear ( every 3–6 months in normal use).
  

Reusable accessories (gel bead mask, spatulas, silicone brushes, gua sha)

  Wash with warm water + mild soap , rinse, dry with a lint-free cloth.

  Cold storage : 30–60 min in the refrigerator (do not freeze for an extended period).
  
  
  Hot : strictly follow the instructions (warm water bath). Never use a microwave unless specifically instructed.
